Fantastische Erfahrung: I went to the physio at Fit4Life because of back pain and was able to get appointments at short notice. I found the mix of massage, exercises and equipment very good and effective. My back is fine again. Thank you Katha! I can heartily recommend the physio.

Positive Erfahrung: Solid studio with a small training area. Some of the devices are no longer the newest, but they are in good condition. Basically you have everything you need for a workout. Outside, a Freeletics scaffolding has been set up which can be put to good use. There is also physio and special equipment for this. After training, you can treat yourself to some relaxation in the sauna. The staff are very friendly.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice employees, even during the somewhat special Corona period with its various rules and regulations. I felt good right away. Sufficient equipment and training opportunities can be found on the training area. The changing rooms are spacious and clean, as are the toilets. I can't say anything about the sauna as I didn't use it.

Positive Erfahrung: All in all, a good little small town studio with a very extensive range of courses, a very nice sauna and friendly staff. Minuses are the relatively high price and the (for me) unfortunate opening times. Is not a 24h studio. It would be great.

Positive Erfahrung: The Fit4Life is an excellent place to strengthen, relax and harmonize your body and soul. The offer ranges from a classic training area with equipment and free weights (indoor and outdoor) to a lavish course program and rehabilitation, wellness and cosmetic services in the building. Furthermore, a small but very nice sauna area with two saunas (also here indoor and outdoor), steam bath, rhönarium, various showers, foot baths, relaxation and seating options is attached. The highlight here is the swimming pond in the outdoor area. The team is always polite, helpful with every question and also jokes. There is mainly an almost family atmosphere. All rooms are clean and well maintained. The prices are more in the upper range, but you also get a wide and multi-faceted range of services. It's nearly perfect. So why only four stars? There is only one disturbing point to be mentioned. There is a women's sauna every Thursday. This is common practice in a public sauna / thermal bath, etc. and unfortunately necessary. The Fit4Life is mainly frequented by registered members, which makes it a closed and therefore protected habitat for everyone. A weekly sauna day only for women does not only seem out of place, but simply represents a disadvantage for every male member only because of his gender. A paid service is withheld from them for at least four days a month. In today's times, when there is a lot of discussion about equality, and for the most part also rightly, one should reconsider whether one should not abolish this day. Or alternatively introduce a pure men's sauna day or offer men a reduced monthly fee. The first suggestion would be the most reasonable. In the current status quo, this regulation simply represents a discrimination of the MAN. Yes, that is possible and also implemented here.
