Base pay range
$42.17/hr - $59.03/hr
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated registered nurse for the role of assistant nurse manager in our Adult Ambulatory Pulmonary Unit. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a nationally recognized academic medical center fast growing pulmonary department. Our interdisciplinary pulmonary team specializes in the care of pulmonary patients undergoing moderate sedation and general anesthesia. This ANM will collaborate with nurse manager and medical directors to achieve unit and hospital goals related to the care and management of our pulmonary population. RN license and BSN required. Effective leadership and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn and develop as a nurse in the pulmonary bronchoscopy suite as well as a leader. Competence in the delivery of nursing care modalities. Critical care experience in preferred but not required. Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience.
**Qualifications**
Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.
