I usually don't review fast food, but the quality of this restaurant warranted one. Great food, ultra friendly staff (and hard working manager), and clean restaurant. Take a look at the photos yourself.
I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Came for my pick up order that was suppose to be ready at 7pm still sitting here waiting at 7:20 along with 3 other people waiting for pick up orders. Nobody will tell us when our food will be ready or what we're waiting on. If I thought any of them were competent enough to refund my money, I'd walk out.
I used to really enjoy Panda Express in Manitowoc WI. Today, I had the worst food I have been served here. I must have received the bottom of the barrel. The honey walnut shrimp were burnt, and I mean BLACK on one side. The honey sesame chicken had a lot of tough and chewy pieces. The fried rice was tasteless. I have spent a lot of money here over the past several years, but I will not give one more dime of my hard-earned money for this garbage. I wish I could get my money back. How disappointing!! Panda Express of Manitowoc should be ashamed.

Today's experience definitely is 5 star for the food but the attitude and aggressive tone with the Manager on Shift Today is a 2. The Young lady was helpful friendly and approachable. The Manager (A Older Man) was rude to his own staff as well as rude to customers.
I'd give it NEGATIVE stars if I could. I ordered a bowl, and one entree, well the normal one that comes with was empty, so I got a different one, they upcharge it. So because they are our, I should have to pay extra. HaHaNoodles were nasty, burnt, old, etc, asked for fresh, they wouldn't make any because there were still some in the container. The rice was at the bottom of the container. Other entree offerings were old n burnt, pretty much anything offered looked gross. Excellent way to run a business. I'll never buy food there again. Avoid if you're smart. NEGATIVE star's - 5The picture actually made it look better than it was.🤮
