Kami tidak bertanggung jawab untuk konsekuensi yang dialami atas pembelian di luar partner official website. Tiket hanya dapat digunakan untuk masuk ke konser Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2024.
Tickets can only be purchased through themandalikagp.com and OTA/Ticketing partners that are officially listed on the official ticket purchase website page. We are not responsible for the consequences of transactions outside the official website partner. Tickets can only be used to enter the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2024.
2. Pembelian tiket harus menggunakan kartu identitas yang valid. Pastikan pembelian tiket dilakukan dengan data yang valid dan benar (Kartu Identitas/KK/KTP/SIM/Paspor). Tiket tidak dapat diubah setelah pembelian.

3. Dengan membeli tiket untuk event Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2024, Anda setuju untuk pengumpulan, penyimpanan, dan penggunaan terbatas pada data pribadi Anda untuk keperluan konser tersebut.
By purchasing the tickets to the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2024., you agree to the collection, storage, and limited use of your personal data for the purposes of the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2024.
4. Pembeli tiket yang akan hadir ke acara wajib memiliki email valid dan aktif.
Event buyers must have a valid and active email.
5. QR Code untuk memasuki area event akan tersedia 7 hari sebelum event.
The QR Code to enter the event area will be available on 7 days prior to the event.
6. Semua area duduk di Grandstand maupun Premiere dan Deluxe akan menempati tempat duduk dengan sistem Free Seating.
All seating areas in the Grandstand as well as Premiere and Deluxe will occupy seats with a Free Seating system.
7. Penonton harus berusia 6 tahun atau lebih. Penonton berusia dibawah 6 tahun tidak diperkenankan memasuki area.
Spectators must be 6 years old or older. Spectators under 6 years old are not allowed to enter the area.
8. Harga tiket tidak termasuk pajak pemerintah.
Ticket price excludes government tax.
9. Tiket dijual langsung oleh Penyelenggara kepada pembeli. Pembelian tiket melalui bisnis atau penjual lainnya melanggar Syarat dan Ketentuan dan dapat mengakibatkan tiket tidak valid. Pembelian dari situs web pihak ketiga atau reseller (seperti Viagogo, StubHub, dll.) diluar Official Partner Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2024 adalah risiko dan tanggung jawab tunggal pembeli tiket.
Tickets are sold directly by the Promoters to the customer. Purchasing tickets through business or other merchants violates the Terms and Conditions and may result in invalid tickets. Tickets purchased from third-party websites and unauthorized resellers (such as Viagogo, StubHub, etc.) are at the sole risk and responsibility of the ticket buyer.
10. Semua transaksi tiket bersifat final dan tidak dapat dikembalikan atau ditukar.
All ticket transactions are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
11. Jika event dibatalkan, tiket akan dikembalikan sesuai kebijakan penyelenggara. Pengembalian tidak termasuk biaya admin tiket, biaya kenyamanan kartu kredit, atau biaya pribadi lainnya (seperti perjalanan, akomodasi, dll). Pembeli tiket setuju untuk melepaskan klaim hukum terhadap penyelenggara atas pembatalan oleh artis, pemerintah, atau alasan lain di luar kendali penyelenggara.
In the event of a canceled concert, tickets will be refunded at the promoter's discretion. Refunds do not include ticket admin fees, credit card convenience fees, or other personal expenses (such as travel, accommodation, etc). Ticket buyers agree to waive any legal claims against the organizer for cancellation by the artist, government, or other reasons beyond the organizer's control.
12. Pemegang Tiket memberikan hak kepada Penyelenggara dan Para Sponsor untuk menggunakan tanpa batasan waktu seluruh atau sebagian dari rekaman video dan gambar diam yang dibuat dari penampilan pemegang tiket di saluran atau majalah mana pun, untuk disiarkan di media apapun di seluruh dunia yang digunakan untuk iklan, publisitas, dan promosi yang terkait tanpa persetujuan lebih lanjut dari Pemegang Tiket.
Ticket Holder grants the Organizer and Sponsors the right to use timelessly all or part of the video recordings and still images made of the ticket holder's appearance on any channel or magazine, for broadcast in any media throughout the world used for advertising, publicity, and related promotions without further consent of the Ticket Holder.
13. Barang-barang berikut tidak diizinkan dalam acara dan akan dikeluarkan dengan atau tanpa pemilik dari area acara tersebut:
The following items are not permitted in the event and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue area:
A. Alat perekam profesional yang tidak memiliki izin (kamera profesional, alat perekam video dan alat perekam suara, termasuk perangkat sejenis GoPro dan tablet) untuk pihak yang tidak resmi / wartawan yang tidak sah tanpa ID khusus dari Penyelenggara;
Non-authorized professional recording equipment (professional cameras, video recording devices, and audio recording devices, including "GoPro" style devices and tablets), for unauthorized people/journalist without accredited badge;
B. Rokok yang tidak tersegel dan diperbolehkan maksimal membawa satu bungkus rokok tersegel;
Cigarettes must be in their original sealed packaging, with only one pack allowed, and unsealed cigarettes are not permitted;
C. Liquid vape, batang tembakau, dan rokok elektrik;
Liquid vape, line of heated tobacco, and electronic cigarette products;
D. Cairan, alkohol, dan barang-barang terlarang lainnya termasuk makanan dan minuman;
Liquids, alcohol and banned substances including outside food and drink;
E. Benda piroteknik atau benda yang bersifat eksplosif termasuk kembang api, lilin atau korek api;
Pyrotechnic items or explosives including fireworks, candles, lighters;
F. Bahan mudah terbakar termasuk alkohol, bensin, minyak tanah, atau cologne;
Flammable material including alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, pressurized, or cologne
G. Benda berbahaya atau berpotensi berbahaya termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada alat olahraga, senjata, pisau, senjata api, perangkat laser, bar besi, bilah kayu, benda atau bahan tajam, helm, keling besi/plastic, semprotan pertahan diri (gas air mata, semprotan merica), senjata kejut listrik atau perangkat sengatan listrik lainnya;
Dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to sports items, weapons, knives, guns, laser devices, iron bar, wooden bar, sharp object or material, helmets, metal/plastic knuckles, self-defense spray (tear, pepper-spray), stun guns, or any electric shock devices;
H. Benda-benda yang mencurigakan yang bisa dijadikan senjata atau proyektil termasuk peralatan, bahan kimia, bubuk mencurigakan, payung, tongkat swafoto dan jenis-jenis tiang atau tripod lainnya;
Any suspicious casual objects which can be used as a weapon or projectile including tools, chemicals, suspicious powder, umbrellas, selfie sticks, and other poles or tripods;
I. Semua koper, tas ransel, tas jinjing, dan tas sejenis lainnya yang melebihi ukuran 40cm x 40 cm;
All luggage, backpacks, tote bags, and other bags that exceed 40 cm x 40 cm.
J. Banner, bendera, poster, dan sejenisnya yang berukuran lebih dari A4.
Banners, flags, posters, and others that are larger than A4.
K. Tidak akan ada tempat penitipan barang

14. Dengan membeli tiket untuk Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2024., Pembeli Tiket dan Pemegang Tiket setuju untuk mematuhi semua Syarat & Ketentuan acara.
By purchasing tickets to the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2024, Ticket Buyers and Ticket Holders agree to comply with all the Terms & Conditions of the event.
15. Mekanisme flow pembeli tiket pada hari H event akan diinformasikan mendekati hari Event. Silakan mengecek akun Instagram @themandalikagp dan @itdc_id secara berkala.
