One of the most popular questions we get asked is, Can Canadian nurses use RN2writer's programs? The short answer: YES!Screen readers: Graphic that states: Can Canadian nurses use RN2writer's programs? Yes! Many Canadian nurses have enrolled in our programs, and we’ve also worked with nurses in Australia and the U.K. Our programs are designed primarily for North American nurses with a good grasp of American English and the U.S. healthcare system, but the systems and processes we teach can work for any nurse, regardless of geographic location.#rn2w #freelancewriting #nursewriters #amwriting #nursingcareers #nursing #freelancerlife #writingcoach #registerednurse #nurselife #nurses #offtheclocknurse #scrublife #nurseblogger #medicalprofessional #nurseflow #lifeofanurse #nursepractitionerlife #rnlife #nursesonlinkedin #nursesoflinkedin #linkedinnurse

And what could be a better way to do that than empowering our wonderful nurses 🦸♀️ to take charge of their own #LearningAndDevelopment? If you'd like to learn more about the report findings, take a look at this Nursing Times article:https://lnkd.in/e9CSqP9J

Health Canada | Santé Canada At a recent virtual meeting with the Hon. and Esteemed CNO of Canada, Leigh Chapman, together with the head of Canada Federation of Nurses Unions, Linda Silas— one of the question asked during the Q & A, “Who has the oversight to ensure that the Nursing Retention Toolkit is adhered and adopted by health employers, and if there’s non-compliance, who has the oversight? However, the response from the CNO, did not really answer the question but instead, mentioned that “it is still an evolving process” w/c is a good sign. Having worked within the health system for over 20 yrs, we hate to break the news, that as it stands now, without any oversight, this is setting it up the Toolkit for failure, as there’s no accountability in place. It’s like praying, “I hope employers will adopt this toolkit” and hope for the best. Unfortunately, the work culture in Manitoba won’t guarantee the success of the Toolkit, given our experience and for many others, of the nuances of the workplace structure and culture. And “Thank You” for the well wishes!-from All of us at Institute for Healthcare Integrity of Canada IHIC #instituteHICChrystia Freeland Liberal Party of Canada • Parti Libéral du Canada Healthcare Excellence Canada #payettephenomena
