Good Printer
To use the USB B port, you must remove the back metal cover. I also had to remove the back connectivity module and cover the space with Tape. This was the only way I got the port to work.
It was in excellent new condition, as described.
The only feedback I would give is to let customers know how long their order will take to be dispatched. We are happy to wait as long as we are kept in the loop regarding the delivery timeframe.

Lenovo ThinkPad T480 with Linux
I bought the Lenovo ThinkPad T480 in "good" condition, which was faultless. Installed Linux Mint parallel to Windows 11, and all works perfectly. Including the touchscreen. I love this laptop.

Lenovo T480s
Initially I was concerned that the battery was not charging and the screen had a keyboard impression on it. I retested the battery and it charged well. Reboot IT advised me to clean the screen. I was skeptical but the keyboard impression completely disappeared with one clean. Meanwhile the laptop was fast and responsive and Windows 11 was not as bad as I was told.

Thought overall a good experience,communication could be a little better ,didn’t hear anything about purchase until invoice in email seemingly just before getting it after 10 days.Got a good laptop,so would recommend.

Excellent quality and service
Purchased 13 monitors for a training room. All were well packaged and great quality for the price. I called to find out when shipping would be and spoke to a lovely lady who made sure they arrived in time for the first training session. I will definitely purchase from this store in the future. 😊

Excellent machine - my first AIO
The All-in-One arrived promptly, well packed as always with Reboot-It. At $199 for A-grade quality and with 2 storage devices inside it is well equiped. The AIO design did away with lots of untidy cables - my desk looks much better now.
Win 10 was installed, and the AIO is too old to run Win 11, so come Oct 2025 it would become vulnerable to threats.
I installed Linux Mint Mate Virginia on it and it works brilliantly - fast, reponsive, everything works including the pop-up video camera.
My main use is email, web browsing and music, with the occasional video- nothing too taxing for a PC. The Inspiron 3477 AIO fits my needs perfectly.
To sum up - extremely satisfied.
